Deposits/Move Out Deposit Deduction Report (Form #15)

The Washington Legislature has passed House Bill 1074 (“HB 1074”), effective July 23, 2023. HB 1074 makes changes to a Housing Provider’s ability to withhold security deposit amounts, including a prohibition against withholding amounts for ordinary wear and tear, and additional requirements for providing documentation to support the basis for any amounts withheld.

Notice of Storage/Disposition of Abandoned Property (Form #51)

If the tenant has defaulted in payment of rent and it reasonably appears to you that the tenant has abandoned the premises (i.e. does not intend to return), this form is mailed by first class mail to the tenant’s last known address. To protect yourself, you may wish to obtain proof of mailing of this important document.
