Covid-19: Tenant Payment Arrangement Forms
These documents have already been approved by the attorney general. We recommend all landlords give an invitation to every single tenant and do a declaration of service to keep in every file. If landlords don’t do this, they may lose the right to ever collect the rents. We also recommend that it should be sent a second time any time a landlord does a move-out walkthrough or damage deposit disposition. A declaration of service should be done every time it’s given.
